ANNOUNCEMENTS & Events
COMMUNITY HYMN NIGHT
Join us for our Hymn Night on December 22! We’ll be meeting from 5:30-6:15pm for a time of singing followed by a small potluck. Please bring a main dish to share and your own drinks. Childcare is not provided but kids are welcome to attend. Feel free to invite people and come ready to sing some Christmas hymns!
GOSPEL OF MARK BIBLE STUDY
The gospel of Mark Bible study will resume on Saturday, January 11 from 8-9:15am at The Commons and will continue each Saturday through March 15. This is a continuation of the gospel of Mark study from this past summer. All are welcome, and it’s not a requirement that you attended the summer session. If you are desiring to dig deeper into God‘s word, this study will give you that opportunity. Please sign up on the Church Center app or contact John Rouwenhorst for more information.
ELDER CANDIDATES: CONGREGATIONAL VOTE & INSTALLATION SERVICE
We will vote to elect our elder candidates as new elders in a congregational meeting on Sunday, January 12, after service. All are welcome to attend the meeting, though only members will be able to vote. Members are strongly encouraged to make this a priority, given the significance of this decision.
On February 2, we will install our new elders in a celebratory service with some special treats afterwards!
