Facility Use Process

1. Facility use policy & Agreement
Download and read the Facility Use Policy & Agreement. You will need to submit the completed Agreement in Step 3.

2. facility use request
Complete the Facility Use Request. The request is also available on the home screen of the Church Center App. Allow 10 business days for the review and approval of your request.

3. submit signed agreement & cleaning fee
Once your Facility Use Request has been approved, submit the signed agreement from Step 1. Email it to info@kingschurch.us, or hand deliver it to a staff member.
Pay the cleaning fee via check made out to King's Church, or pay through the online giving portal.
These actions must be completed before the date of your event.
