the commons Room requests

King's Church ministry groups may request the use of rooms at The Commons for ministry-related events, meetings, etc. Complete the Room Request form and allow 7 business days to process your request. 


If you are a member of King's Church and wish to rent The Commons for a personal event, please see the Facility Use Process below.

FACILITY USE PROCESS

  1. Download and read the Facility Use Policy & Agreement. You will need to submit the completed Agreement in Step 3.

  2. Complete the Facility Use Request. Allow 10 business days for the review and approval of your request.

  3. Once your Facility Use Request has been approved, submit the signed agreement from Step 1. Email it to info@kingschurch.us, or hand deliver it to a staff member. Pay the cleaning fee via check made out to King's Church, or pay through the online giving portal.These actions must be completed before the date of your event.
